Boone County PITBOSS Challenge

Join us on March 23, 2013 as 4 of the top BBQ Teams in the area go head to head to be named the "BOONE COUNTY PITBOSS"! The teams will have a strict time frame to prepare, cook and present their product to our panel of judges. The items that have been selected for our teams to cook will remain a secret until the start of the event so the cooks will have now idea what they will be serving until 8:00am the day of the event! Join us for this fun filled event and watch in as these competitors put their skills to the test and work to earn their "Pitboss" Title. While your hear to pass some of the time feel free to walk among the event as the Boone County AG Society will be hosting their 3rd annual HOME FARM & GARDEN SHOW! Following the judging the teams will offer up their product for public sampling so come on out for a little shopping and good eats, the teams will also be providing a Q&A so get all the answers to them BBQ questions you just can't tackle.
